I founded Desantek in 1988 to provide Ultramatic Embroidery Machine owners with a superior source for upgrades, add-ons, and replacement parts for their systems. Formerly, I was Ultramatic's only engineer and I know the product line intimately.
All Desantek software and hardware upgrades for the Ultramatic are compatible back to machine #1.
